When my parents were remodeling their basement I realized that I could draw all over the carpet because it was getting thrown away. Most people don't get the opportunity to draw all over carpet. i guess I am fortunate. Among many things, we traced Alex's scrawny and tall figure. At the time he had massive amounts of hair causing the head to look extra large. Eventually the head turned into a space helmet and somehow the name El Punisher was given. Later, when I started adding stupid scripts to my images, the name El Punisher just kind of came into play. I think I wanted to introduce the character that was drawn on the floor but it never happened.
